Great win for Villa. This really shakes things up in DIII. With Beechwood playing Villa and Dayton next week, the DIII title is still up in the air. Beechwood can win the conference, Dayton can win conference, or, there can be a three way tie between Villa, Beechwood, and Dayton. Good stuff for those following the small schools!

Dayton just lost their one game advantage in the NKAC Division III race if I'm up to speed.

 

I think they still have one more game to go with the Beechies. A win woud probably still net the Greendevils the conference title.

Big win for VM...I'm somewhat surprised the Devils lost this one.

Beechwood and Dayton only have one conference loss. Villa has two (1 loss to Dayton, 1 loss to Beechwood)

If Villa beats Beechwood next week it gets real interesting. You could have a three way tie for first place in the conference if Villa can beat Beechwood and Beechwood beats Dayton.

Now if Villa loses to Beechwood that gives them three conference losses and essentially out of the race.

Assuming both teams win out, If Beechwood beats Dayton at Dayton they would be the Champions outright And if Dayton beats Beechwood they win the title. I think thats right!

needed corrections

If both Dayton and Beechwood win out next Fridays game between Dayton and Beechwood is for the title. Dayton I know have 3 games between now and then. Heritage Sunday,Calvery Monday,Ludlow Tuesday.
