Wow this thread has taken a tangent turn. You folks realize that HHS starts 3 juniors and a soph? The football kids are strong multi-sport athletes. Finfrock does a great job on the boards and LaFrange is just as deadly from outside as Ludwig or Moevis. Hall really impressed last night! Weyer might not have had his best game but he is still my pick for 9th player of the year. Let me say this I believe they can get Newport this year and they can win the district next year. Mark my words!

Birds did sweep the triple last night. JV and Varsity game went about the same except JV closed out. Varsity let an 18 point 4th quarter margin disappear quickly. I give Boone credit for a great comeback. Cain sat with foul trouble in the 1st half. Finfrock was big tonight and would not be denied. LaFrange struggled shots did not fall but credit to the team giving him looks; he just did not hit at typical clip. Kendall had some big corner 3's and Daugherty made some great decisions on the floor tonight. It has been said before kid can find the open man. I am with the others it is a W.

When Posey plays like that HHS becomes a different animal for sure! The wife and I were still talking about the ESPN highlight best pass I have seen this year. HHS light years ahead of last year and I am certain with Listerman and his assistant coaches; HHS will be relevant in basketball in the near future.
