BW is respected by both of my boys in the classroom and the players enjoy playing the game. I am wishing him the best and I for one saw this trend, but I also see some exceptional classes coming through. Hopefully they all stay with football. Trust me it is not fun when a season ends and a group of boys tell u, I am glad that is over with and on to college. That tells me there is a strong coach and player disconnect but that is for another forum.

Not true. Never penalize a player that can do multiple roles on a football team. Dougherty was an every down player and IMO was kept or used situational do to kicking. I have one that plays QB and LB does not like get out of bounds crap. Injuries are part of the game. He is missing his entire season and was not a result from football. Let the kids play, many do not play in college. Look at the boys basketball forum (Pangallo and McNeil). Enjoy the game. I am not a fan of cutting back based on abilities. Dunn should be playing both ways more and he needs to lower his pad level on Defense. Dad and I had the conversation.

Hall and Huber are athletes, so that should help. I have coached Griff so I know what he can bring. I hope he plays on both side of the ball. Stieden will continue to improve (just think Ma just wanted him to kick). Traylor is a testament on working on your game. Good things come to those that work. Lastly Booby Armstrong has moxie. How can you not root for him with his size and heart. I had a teacher in Charlotte that left for the NFL Reggie "supergnat" Smith that had that same Moxie!

I have always been a fan of his game. My son had an opportunity to play with him at a combine. What people don't realize is he is real good and put him with an all star group and everybody gets better. He understands the game, a quick study. Look at his size and he has a knack for rebound.

I am glad what coach Siple brings!! With another forum topic off limits, very interesting to see how the transition plays out. It looks like a lot of boys getting after it in the off-season.

JC is not the issue, you see him play AAU? IMO he is held hostage in the system. It happens and it happens in other places as well. Truly expect him to have a great 4 years in college. If he is guilty of anything at times he is not selfish enough. He can delivery the dime and can shoot.

Posey played well! Lot's of dimes. Finfrock was just to strong. Birds opened up with a 23-6 first quarter and St Henry tied it back in the 3rd and HHS had a great 4th quarter pushed it back up. I have been tough on guard play today it was stellar.

As mentioned Boone was not very deep but on this night they shot very well and have some size, so it could be an interesting year in the 9th. I like entertaining games and this was fun to watch even on the losing end. HHS needs to stop the turnovers and make some free throws or as one Louisville coach puts it we have problems.

Tough loss for HHS. Boone was hot out of the gate. HHS was 11-17 from 3 65% with Traylor 6-8 and LaFrange 4-5. 2nd half Listerman made some adjustments and HHS made a run. Traylor had 20, Finfrock 15 with 12 boards and LaFrange with 12. I think Greene finished with 8 but had a nice second half. Turnovers still an issue for the birds and secondly if you don't play defense you are resting. Haynes and LaFrange was a very good match-up. Haynes had the better first half and LaFrange was burying 3's in the second half. Traylor was on fire in the first. Finfrock brought his lunch pale, he just needs to make a few more of the free variety. Huber and Sisson had good varsity minutes.

3.0 was done at 2.5. Never enough basketball even the Mrs. agrees.
