In playing, Coaching and watching Basketball for 50+ years this is the worst I ever say any team at any time play. It was pitiful!!!!!!!Case Closed.

12th Region, Rodney woods. Wayne County lost 4 Starters from last years team. He is playing an 8th grader and 2 Fr. on a pretty good Team. When everyone thought they would be a Bad Team.

Agree, a Coach must have talent to Win. But the other kids around that talent must be taught the fundimentals. McCreary Can't dribble or pass the basketball. They will not go far in Tourney for this reason. If those other kids could pass and dribble McCreary Could go a long way. Go Raiders.

He has been released to start running and has been working the leg. I think they will release him by Tuesday of next week. He will prob. play in Linclon Co. Game if not he will be back soon. We really miss him inside.

Good picks but they are just picks. 4 or 5 of them want make it, so that is why Tourney time is such a great time.

The 12th Regional will be palyed at Pulaski Co. So I'll give them the heads up right now. Look for Southwestern, East Jess. to make a run. Linclon, Danville, Wayne or McCreary Central can knock anyone off on a given night.This Tourney will be a lot of fun to watch.

conj: to JJ, He could have wrestled at any school he wanted. Once his HS Wrestling Career is over and he can gain wt. don't be suprised if he puts on 10 to 15 lb. muscle. Great sign for EKU.

McCreary and Wayne needs to change palces, Rest looks pretty good. Wayne has beat McCreary 2 times.

Dang HB, where you been? What do you think about Region??? McCreary Beats PC, Southwestern beats MC by 38, then PC comes back and has Southwestern down 24 before winning in tight game. Sounds like a Wild Regional Tourney. With West Jess, East Jess, Wayne Co. and Linclon Co. thrown in anything can happen and prob. will.

1st the Administration need to decide to support Football. They need to hire the best person that applies for the job. They need to hire 4 full time Assistant Coaches. They need to supply enough funds to have a nice wt. room and wt. program. The person who takes the job needs to be committed enough to stay for a while because there are lots of hard work ahead. They need to honor all present contracts. I heard they are not going to play McCreary Central next year. Good Luck to New Coach and staff.

This Region is wide open, PC, Southwestern, and East Jess are the top 3. West Jess. , Wayne Co. or McCreary Central can knock anyone off on any given night. McCreary had knocked off PC and West Jess both, then lose to Wayne Co. twice. This will be a fun Regional to watch.

Yea, My teams have played there a few times over the years. Nice place to watch a game.

Pressure, pressure, pressure, we can't handle it wheather it is Full Court or Half Court. We can't pass it or Dribble it. Lots of unforced turnovers on the season.

Nice place to play unless you are Visitor. Real nice facility, people are great. Basketball tradition is so good it's hard to win there.

Thanks for the good wishes on Williams. McCreary must have had 30+ turnovers. Southwestern is 10 deep and quicker than I had previosuly thought.

Sound to me like Breathitt and Buckhorn has to hope 2 Big Boys draw into same bracket and they only have to knock off 1 to make it to finals. Once in finals anything can happen. Will be a Great Regional Tourney. Where is it played this year?

Williams hurt his knee with about 2:30 left in 1st Qt. had not touched the ball 1 time through this point other than by Rebound. Southwestern did a great job in doubling him and not letting him get ball. Southwestern pressure too much for McCreary. McCreary in for a long year, double long if Williams can not finish year. He goes to Lex. Clinic on Monday. Hope and Pray for the best.
