A win is a win and Cooper did nothing wrong and had a big win. The unwritten rule is, you dont drop down freeshman players who did not play freshman all year just for the tournament (SK, St Henry, Beechwood) . Cooper did not break this so called rule. The 3 players were with the freshman all year without question, and should have played. There is always a reason when CC loses, or does not win as big as expected. Just let Cooper enjoy the well decerved win. If you win say little, if you lose say less.............

Saw that game was fun to watch. Turners beat his team twice to win the Christmas Tournament. They were all 6th graders at the time, against what are now all Freshman at Cov Cath, Scott, Holy Cross and other places.

No, it is Hewitt. Tiberi is a guard. Hewitt had 9 point, 5 assists and 14 Rebounds last night while guarding the 6'6" kid.

He and his sister went to St. Augustine on 19th Street in Covington. Not sure exactly where they live.

4 Cars in the ditch in various places heading out Taylor Mill Road, 2 filled with teenagers. Nothing major, but caution was needed.

I was disappointed to not see them there. However, I agree with the parents call on this one I would not have wanted my kid on Kyles Lane or similar road at 9:00 last night. May be a dumb question but why does CCH have so many seniors and Juniors? I think there were 4 or 5 juniors playing JV, including at least 1 junior that did not start JV. I thought a couple of the Sophmores deserved more time. I know Anrzen is hurt, but where is Kanter this year?

I heard, HC plays Cooper on Saturday the 10th. Time is unknown.

HC was up at half Dixie did build a lead but, they could not stop Burger. Blaming the officials for blowing a lead of 10 with 4 minutes to go is hard to do. The refs were not good, but compusure could have won the game.

Hatton saw a box and chaser most of the night and visibly did not like it. Pike played well, but had a bad intentional foul in the last minute that was the beginning of the end for Dixie that included a T on the Dixie coach over an obvious blown call. HC had a 2 fouls to goive in the last 20 seconds and the first was a visible grab similar to Pikes foul but it was not called. No matter great win for HC. Burger had a big night.

No football, he is a baseball stud. He played JV as an 8th grader as did Ohmer. He will be playing for the Kentucky Colonels this coming summer.

You should see him behind the plate as well.

This was a quickly put together team from a BCI tournament in August. Had kids from Ryle, Sy Henry, Holy Cross and Cincinnati Hills Christian. It was not a season long team, they only played a few tournaments.
