This was a good game. WC has some good players. Numbers 2, 7 and 32 have some good talent. Both teams made good plays and both teams left scoring opportunities on the field. Being so early in the season, I could see both teams clean some things up and become fine football teams. Gonna be a fun year.

Outside of a South Warren loss, the answer is no. South Warren has looked great thus far and would deserve to get and keep the number 1 ranking.

I assume then that this teams on this list are being compared to the teams in their class, eg Mayfield at #3 . No way they are the third best team in the entire state, but their accomplishments versus the teams in their class could make them the third most accomplished. Is that the way you're ranking them?

Congratulations to Graves County. You have a good football team, and your fans are fantastic. Much respect to all those that travelled and cheered on your team. Very proud of John Hardin. They started out 0-4 and 1-5 and turned the season around to make it to the semi-finals. I look forward to watching these young men the next few years reach their dreams.

I agree. It's much better than Papa Johns, which is way too big. For the fans, there are plenty of great seats to watch the games. My brother and I go every year to watch all of the games, and Western KY is a much better atmosphere.

I'm the John fan. Different numbers by the name is confusing

I'm a John Hardin fan, but I really feel bad for Iroquois. They outplayed us, but just couldn't get it in the end zone except once. John's one and only score came on fumble returned for TD. The offense had about 5 or 6 lost fumbles and just couldn't get any sustained drives. Iroquois played well, but fell just short. A win's a win though, and we'll take it. Hoping tonight was just an off night and we get it back together next week.
