  1. I think Desales has a very good chance to win the NKY vs. there District matchup. But like I have said(too much already I know) don't sleep on Holy Cross. I honestly believe they will beat NCC, too much Offense for the very young Breds D.
  2. My post reads misleading my bad. :thumb: I meant as far as NKY is concerned NCC is the team to beat. That's the outlook up here. I have stated it all runs through Fort Campbell earlier in the thread. Sorry for the confusion. :thumb:
  3. The 2A road to state runs through NCC in NKY like always. But don't overlook HC they played NCC tough last year (despite the score).
  4. I am a biased source but watch out for Cov Holy Cross. They return the whole Offense besides TE and the entire D backfield, a LB, and 2 of 4 D-line starters. They are going to shock some people this year. Look for them to open some eyes when they play Belfry early in the season. My pick to win right now is with Fort Campbell. Someone has to knock them off for them not to be the top dog.
  5. ^ Took one out his first AB in the bigs with the Royals. :thumb:
  6. That is very true. I know they have an extremely raw transfer who will be a Junior or Soph from Hughes maybe? who has some potential to be the fifth starter. But yeah they are going to need people to step up to fill the shoes of some of those seniors who filled in fine off the bench this year.
  7. Does any body have video of this or any of these dunks being mentioned. I haven't ever seen.
  8. While they are getting better I don't see them winning the District. Any Lloyd fans have some insight on returning players? I remember Chappie is coming back but QB Gregory(sp), WR Herthel, and Walker are graduated. I am not sure about Walker though.
  9. Theres only spot up for grabs at Scott next year. Keylo, Kellen, O'Conner, and Neiderager will start.
  10. I'll try to get some clarification from Coach Koz(HC) about all of this. I just know the schedule in the weight room in Latonia says Belfry, but don't hold to me the date.
  11. I believe Cov Holy Cross has filled Belfry's 5th week or they have switched some games around because according to the Holy Cross print out of the '09 schedule Belfry is on it.
  12. Ok I worded it wrong b/c that is very true they have to much talent. What I am trying to get acrossed is that Hc can still play good Defense but needed to take at least 15 ,ore shots a game how ever they come. They tried to play stall ball and just didn't have the shooting ability to knock down shots consistently.
  13. ...............................................................it's tough to watch my friend. I mean I think if we ran up tempo with Shina out there leading the charge we would have ended up a top 10 team in NKY and a much tougher out in Districts.
  14. HHS played some good D and really turned on the press at times. They have some heady guys out there that can really pressure the ball well. And yes, HC couldm't throw it in the ocean.
  15. As much as it seems I don't like HHS and am putting them down, I feel the same way you do, there are some great kids on that team and I wish them all the best. :thumb:
  16. I know the HC kids did there fair share, but they were being taunted by a kid who can't handle winning gracefully. I know E and you obviously don't know him that well b/c thats not accurate as far as his chararcter. Also, Shina smacked Dom's hand away b/c it was clearly up in his jersey all over his chest? Were you not watching? I realize it goes both ways but this game confirmed what I think and a lot others (hopefully someone as smart as you) see and that is Holmes team lead by a great kid in Rico, but distractions in Pittman and Arnold. This thread shouldn't come to this so I am sorry and won't talk about it anymore.
  17. First off, good job Holmes and good luck. :thumb: Second, he was more interested in talking than playing, just as I figured and a lot thought he would. If he and 34 don't do some maturing quick it could be HHS's downfall. On another note I think Ricardo is a fine kid with a good head on his shoulders, much more a prospect if you judge by character than Pittman.
  18. That is what I have heard too. Could be a long cold wait for some.
  19. First ha, CCH students were not down there at 3, or anytime before 3:30 while irrelevant, they weren't. And I would look for ton of HC kids to be hanging around after school until tipoff. It's going to be a loud one for sure, even being a HC fan I hope Pittman can keep his emotions in check.
  20. Kid can get up for his size. Can't wait to see him and the rest of BW VS Holmes since they have apparently already played.
  21. This game will be broadasted over the internet. Both JV and varsity games. Go to http://www.hchscov.com and follow the TV link to the site. Both video and audio broadcast are provided by HC on the internet.
  22. :thumb: Great lady, flat out can't Ref.
  23. Thats the only ? on Offense it seems. The WR's, QB, RB, and OLine are pretty much set. But Tight End could present a problem. The JV TE was Noah Knochelman he might get a shot but probably isn't physically ready although 6'4. Corey Bailey has a chance to step in a a limited role. But there aren't any guys you can pencil in as a guy who can block and run a few routes. Mike Sullivan left a gap.
  24. Yes I did mean 7th region. I apologize. To answer Eta Rho's question just about all nky schools compete. I know that Holmes does not have a team annually, and some of the smaller schools might have a few players, but may not have a full team every year.
  25. That my friend tells me you haven't been to any of her games.
