My stats are the computer print out done at the game!!

Manual was down 13-5 when Jenkins checked in the game. He finished with 21 points,including a 3/4 court bomb,6 rebounds and 2 assists. Samsel had 9 points and 9 assists. Never thought Manual had control of the game.They did go on a 12-0 spurt in the 4th quarter for a 9 point lead,but St.X came right back at them and had 2 opportunities to win the game in regulation,but the shots would not fall.

Six teams represented from the 7th region in the BGP Top 20.Harder to win the region here than to win 3 games in the state tournament(to make it to the finals)

As I have posted before,something is not right with Manual.Samsel sat for 1 plus quarters and did not appear to be in Coach Just's best graces.The team appears disjointed.

Eastern "dogged" Ballard in the Finals of the LIT. PTB Take it easy on the 8th best team in the 7th.

Eastern beat PRP by 26 in the other semi game in the LIT and will meet Ballard in the finals tonite. Eastern is very much a top dog in the 7th.

Ballard wins with its defense and quickness.They may have 2 offensive sets that they run. Speed and quickness kills!!!

I find it hard to believe they would underestimate Seneca.Even if you think the Litkenhous Ratings are garbage,you should find some respect for an opponent who has a better rating and is a top 5 team in the 7th region.

St.X held Sanford to single digit scoring in the semis. Help man and some zone was used to contain him.GRC has more athletic personnel and seems as if they employed similar strategy,Sanford would not have had 31 points.

For his sixth point? X defense was hard and tough on Vee.

The foul disparity was very favorable for the home team.
