Final

Wow! Did I say wow? Great job Lexington Catholic, impressive.

Wow. Once again, this has been a whacky season. Congratulations to LC.

Wow..Very close game at the half.

Looks like Catholic took control in the 2nd Half.

Shot my prediction of a GRC win by 3 to 5 pts. down. Was BCG in the house? If not, I lose on both counts. What happened in the 2nd half.

Lexington Catholic blew the game open in the third quarter with a 24-5 run.

Didn't expect this as a final score, what a run by Catholic.

Sanford named MVP

Martin, Botkin also named to All-Tournament team from Lex Cath.

Rogers, Hatton, and Stenzel named to the team from GRC

Lexington Catholic found the weak spot in the GRC offence. A good press will shut the card's guards down. Most of the points of the 3rd quarter run were made off turnovers. If Clark county could have made this a half court game, it would have been a different outcome. It is hard to score when you don't get the chance to shoot. Catholic made a great adjustment during halftime and came out on fire.

Very surprised by this margin. Congrats to the Catholics of Lexington.

Yes I was surprised how vulnerable GRC was to the press tonight. Catholic had a good, but not great press. But they tore GRC up in the 3rd.

I in no way intend to criticize Zollo but just as a curiosity, what do you think that BCG saw in him that warranted a scholarship offer?

Same thing he saw in Euton which was a kid 6'8 in the 9th grade who had nice range on his jumper. Kids peak too early and others pass them by. How much do you think Billy wants Elijah Pittman more than Zollo and Euton. Be honest with yourself.

I heard Hatton for GRC went out in the third quarter with an injury. Any details?

Coach Humphrey doesn't need another injury, he lost the Purvis kid to a torn ACL before the year started...he would have been a huge difference maker in this GRC team.
