HC never would have trailed if it was for a dropped pop up in the infield that lead to two runs. Though it was a lot more fun to hit a walk off for the winner. Too bad you guys couldn't close it out with two outs in the 7th.

I saw that and he hit it consistently. Fuller will be a stud and I say he will grow 2 or 3 more inches.

I like Holy Cross. They can hit and their pitching staff is deep. They also are well coached.

I don't think it matters who throws for CCH they are hitting the baseball hard and I'll take them 12-2 in this one.

They invited him to a camp. Several schools are looking at Markel and if I had to guess I think he will end up at Kentucky. Markel continues to get faster and stronger. He is an unbelievable athlete. Good luck to him in 2009.:thumb:

What a great game. Somerset is a good ball club. They field, hit and run very well and Spears threw a good game. Great team effort by the Indians to come back and win this game. Keith Egan had a huge hit to tie it up, and Tyler Kincaid with the winning hit in the 7th. Tyler pitched extremely well too and kept Holy Cross in reach.

Great to see Holy Cross get the bats going. Roenker looked great tonight and got Jones to strike out and pop out. Hopefully they keep it going tomorrow at Beechwood and Saturday against Somerset.

Yes. Not sure when yet because they haven't gotten in this game, but when the game is played it will be played in NKY. I would guess Friday or Saturday.

Very good, 3 or 4 saves and 2 wins. Thrown against some good teams too.

Tyler Kincaid. He has been solid all year for Holy Cross and has 3 or 4 saves and 2 wins.

Hc's relief pitching has been pretty solid all year
