Tebow passes for 3:16. Amazing.
Heard today he averaged 31.6 yards a completion... Can't make that up.

If you heard it in post #56, I heard that today too.

I love the Bible game.

Will you then say, "I am a god," in the presence of those who kill you? You will be but a mortal, not a god, in the hands of those who slay you.

- Ezekiel 28:9

Big Ben passed for 289 yards.

I just can't fathom how Pitt. could be so out of position to let the last play happen. There was a play earlier in the game where both TP and # 29 both met McGahee in the back field. I asked someone why wouldn't Denver just fake the run and take a shot. And they did.

Exactly! Pittsburgh was daring Tebow to beat them all day. Most QB's try to find the single coverage, well Pitt basically went single coverage on everyone with no safety help for most of the game. Tebow still completed less than 50% of his passes against it, however today he was able to make them pay with a few big plays. He is going to keep seeing things like that, so if he consistently hit on the long plays then he will do well.

Alright, so the overnight television rating for the game was....wait for it.....31.6.

Oh and when Big Ben threw his interception, it was 3rd down and 16. Get it?

Is this for real?

Is this for real?

Yes, being serious. HIghest rated playoff game since 1988 I believe.

That is not the number for the overnight rating. The game did peak at 31.6 though. The final overnight rating was 25.9. And it was the highest rated wild card game, not playoff game. So partially right but the "weird coincidence" still holds true with the peak number being 31.6.
