December 5, 201114 yr Most leagues have either already started their playoffs, or they will be this weekened. Just wanted to ask, how do everyone do? In the BGP league, I finished sixth, but got the upset and will be playing in the semi-finals this upcoming weekend. Considering some of the injuries I've been dealing with, I'm happy. Thank you Drew Brees! In my money league, I started hotter than ever, with an 8-0 start. I have been killed by injuries and finished my regular season 9-4. I will be going into the playoffs as teh #2 seed, but I don't expect to win the first round. I've lost Fred Jackson and Matt Forte, and Rivers has been the most upsetting fantasy player in the league for someone who hasn't been injured. How are your teams?
December 5, 201114 yr I have one team that is 7-6 and another that is most likely going to end 5-8. The 5-8 team, I lost Charles at the beginning of the year, played myself into playoff position, and then lost three straight to end the year. My division has the #2 & #3 teams overall in the 12 team league, and I had to play them twice, going 0-4 vs. them. Just couldn't overcome it. The 7-6 team should have been 9-4 at bare minimum if not for some lousy luck (like losing when Brady hit Welker for that 99 yard bomb week 1). Fortunately, that league seeds by points once it hits the playoffs, which I'll make, so I'm going to go in as the #2 seed. My team has finished with the most points in the league 2 out of the last 4 weeks and finished #2 one of the others. Hitting our stride!
December 5, 201114 yr BGP team: laid an egg last week, missed playoffs via tiebreaker. Money league: 1st place overall, playoffs start this coming week.
December 5, 201114 yr My team finished a lowly 3-10. I had the second most points against me this year and lost some players to injury. Andre Johnson, Matt Schaub, Frank Gore getting hurt in a tight fantasy game, Tim Hightower, Marques Colston (for a few games at the beginning) and a few other players. Not too mention the Eagles D completely under-performed. Mark Sanchez became my starter when Schaub went down. Needless to say I am playing for the Toilet Bowl Championship now.
December 5, 201114 yr BGP League: Embarrassed to have that team associated with my name. Money league: 5 seed.. Need McFadden back for a playoff run.
December 5, 201114 yr Not too mention my division has the 3 best teams in the league so playing against them was tough.
December 5, 201114 yr Lost in both money leagues. :irked: Made the playoffs in BGP league and I am on the verge of the biggest upset of all time.
December 5, 201114 yr I'm in 4 leagues. No 1 seed in BGP and will probably get beat out tonight. I'm in 2 ESPN leagues and looks like I'll start the playoffs as a No 1 seed in both of those starting Thursday. Long time BIG money league I'm in. Here was the team I started the season with. QB- Vick RB- Jamal Charles & Darren McFadden. WR- Miles Austin, Mike Wallace & A.J. Green TE- Kellen Winslow DEF- Cowboys & Lions. Bench included Beannie Wells, Jay Cutler, Darren Sproles, Jermaine Gresham. I didn't make the playoffs... These things take more luck than skill IMO.
December 5, 201114 yr Sucked in the BGP league (5-9) and am even worse in the league I run with a bunch of my buddies (likely 2-11 unless Phillip Rivers has the game of his life tonight). However, I'm doing much better in my money league, sitting at 9-4 and having already clinched my division with one more week of the regular season to go. Division winners get their entry fee back, so it's all gravy now.
December 6, 201114 yr It's been a weird year for me. I drafted one of the best teams I've put together in one league and have just gotten destroyed. I've had the most points scored against me, couldn't catch a break on bye-week matchups, and it seemed like someone was always letting me down. But, our commissioner cheated so I won't be losing any money there. My other team is awful and riddled was with busts, but after some waiver movies and luck I'm going to backdoor my way into the playoffs, then who knows. Weird year.
December 6, 201114 yr I started out with tons of injuries and 0-5... I decided that I'd hold tight with what I have and see how things ended up. I'm now 6-6 and with a win this week I'll be in 2nd place and clinch a playoff spot.

I'm now 6-6 and with a win this week I'll be in 2nd place and clinch a playoff spot. Almost did the same exact thing, except I'm battling it out for the final playoff spot.
December 6, 201114 yr To sum up my Fantasy Football season, I can do it in one word . "AWFUL" Jamaal Charles and Peyton Manning in both leagues . Peyton was on my roster in the BGP and I drafted R Wayne in 3rd round in Money League(Peyton killed him this season) also . .
December 6, 201114 yr Finished the regular season at 8-5, enough to secure a spot in the playoffs. However I was wanting a higher seed so that I could have a bye and rest my starters :irked:
