I hate to harp on it, but with a healthy Jackson, that score is probably close to right except Hazard isn't scoring 21. I would put it at 24-14 Mayfield and I have seen both teams.

Fact of the matter is this. You can't tell Highlands fans anything and when you say they aren't the best they question your credibility and football acumen so for all of you who think BG is better than Highlands I will tell you that you may be right but your opinion doesn't matter because you aren't properly qualified to say such things. If you haven't checked the tapes then you better go check them. It doesn't matter that BG completely destroyed their competition because we all know that Franklin-Simpson was way way better than Anderson County and had Highlands had played Anderson County they would have beaten them 63-0 and would have had the freshman team start taking knees with 7 minutes left in the game because Dale is a classy coach who would never run the score up. Us BG fans can't run around believing that you are better than Highlands THIS YEAR because you never will be until you beat them and since you won't schedule them....then well......learn to live with your little brother typical team from the west status. It's what we are. And there are tapes to prove it.

Its un-believable to use BGP to predict your non-believable outcomes. Nothing wrony imo if non-believable comments are being thrown around about who #2 is. Or is it un-believable...............................................................

That's fine. I can handle non-believable comments but if I am going to be told my thoughts on enrollment are ignorant(robdiggity) and that I am an argumentative troller with no credibility(LN) then trust I will give you what you think you see. I can handle disagreeing with people but I don't attack people's character and that happened to me twice. Because I think BG would win a hypothetical matchup. Like I said, I'll give you my version of an ignorant, trolling, argumentative poster with no credibility if that's what you think you see. I can be that. Just let me do it on purpose.

And BG averaged 11.4 ypc. plus 217 yds through the air(24.1 yds per catch). The birds also gave up 205 yds. on the ground. BG held FS to minus 7 yds. rushing. So which BG evil do you want to defend ?

 

Anderson County would not have won 2A!.....lets just agree that it would be a good game......BG had 4 yrs to play the birds and win and now that the birds are in 4a oh well we are better now. It would be a good game but dont tell me BG would win. Whats next...Boyle county fans saying..."well we would have beat Highlands if they were in 4A the last 3 yrs"....come on. Too late. We claimed in 2009 that Boyle would have beaten Highlands and we felt strong about our 2010 version also. It should be in the archives.

How about we all agree that a BG-HHS game would have been great this year, and congrats to both teams for going 15-0 and winning state titles!!! I know I was pulling for both BG and HHS all year long and I suspect a lot of other HHS fans were as well!
