Teams can't key in on any one or "two" receivers on this team b/c the others will burn you. Loaded doesn't accurately describe the WR talent on this team, so IMO it's pointless to consider anyone on this team as "main". The only "main" is Towles at QB.

Clyde's right, when 3 receivers have 2/3 of PT's completions that does make them "main" receivers. Doesn't mean there aren't other weapons as the receiving corp runs 7-8 deep or more. Shoot, David C only has 3 so far and Jac C is just getting started. Wish they could play with more footballs.

You're either being obstinate or you're incapable of following the point.

 

HHS may have 12 great receivers including #85 on the frosh team. They're only playing 3 or 4 at a time. History says that 3 of those 12 are getting 90% of the passes. Therefore, "main" does indeed apply.

 

I don't know what it is with some of you cats when it comes to making comments about HHS receivers. I made a simple comment last year about them collectively (ie not one kid) having a rough game by their standards against Ryle last year. Guru almost had to load another server just to handle all of the PMs that came my way. Someone doesn't post receiver stats and it's a conspiracy with PMs flying again. Now I make a simple and OBVIOUS comment about the 3 main receivers for the Birds and, once again, someone reads way too much into it.

 

Lighten up, folks. I've never once said a bad thing about a kid. I ain't starting now. And before the breakfast committee meets to discuss my "true intentions" in this post let me say I'm a equal opportunity criticizer. I said Blake Bir, who I really like as a kid and as a QB, had his worse game since his first varsity game when he played against BW. He's a good QB (as I said) and a good kid. This board discusses games and performances.
