I hope it is a great game. I think it will be a much better game in November if we can get past LexCath. I am definitely glad we are finally playing again. To be the best.....

For what it is worth, Boyle County in 2009 was undefeated state champs, ranked #3 in KY overall by Maxpreps, right behind Highlands who was ranked #2 in KY by Maxpreps. It would have been a fun game to see.

 

The good news this year is all this will be settled on the field.

 

 

Absolutely. A matchup of the 2009 versions of Boyle and Highlands is my #1 dream game. The 2009 Boyle team is my favorite Boyle team of all time. I loved the way they approached each game and collectively played with a chip on their shoulders.

As far as all-time goes, Highlands currently holds the highest overall winning percentage for any active KY prep football program, and Highlands has won more games than any other KY prep football program (and ranks second in the nation). Also, HHS is tied with Trinity for most official state titles.

At the end of the day....it's simple....

Question: what is Trinity's all-time W-L-T record? I have seen two different stats online, one that says 521-146-7 and another that says 531-146-7 (through the 2010 season).

As does Danville.

Why wouldn't Mayfield be considered one of KY's all time best programs? Just because they are a small school should not be held against them. Give them the same numbers as some of these big schools and I guarentee that they would take some of their titles away.
