"Fast food" restaurants that aren't. I went to Wendy's the other day. Ordered my food at the drive through. Moved up one car and sat for 5 minutes. With still 4-5 more cars in front of me I decided to pull away.

I'm still wondering if the guy behind me enjoyed his double cheese w/ pickle, mustard.

Ironically, my issue with Wendy's is just the opposite. The one near my house goes so quickly they NEVER get it right. I'd much them slow down a notch and make sure everything I asked for / ordered is actually in the bag.

I ran into one of mine last night...the fan who feels the need to loudly talk during the entire game. He knows everything and feels like he has to explain it to everyone in the area. He also apparently knows the players personally as he says things like "let's go JP3!" or "come on Alex!"

I ask for a receipt and then check the order before pulling away. Some people behind get really annoyed with me for that.

Normally they are good, not this time.

Just remember what Leo Getz would say from one of the Lethal Weapon Movies regarding the dive thru!

My #1 pet peeve by far is people that eat with their mouth open and "smack their lips' as my dad used to say and those that slurp their soup or cereal. I cannot stay, literally, or I will barf right there.

I just go slower when they get on my rear. Another thing that my wife jumps my butt on.

Driving too slow in the left lane, hands down the worse.

How about 275 exit right onto Turkeyfoot? You get a green arrow to go right off the exit yet people stop to look for oncoming traffic!!

Women drivers I bet. :)

......or the fans that yell, "let's go (insert team)" or "come on offense/defense", etc.....:banghead::banghead::madman::madman: you know damn well the players on the field can't hear them.

Exactly. This moron last night was in the upper arena.

In summary, people that are self-centered and RUDE drive me nuts. Just be nice. Be courteous. It isn't that hard.

Amen.

As I get older I realize how lucky I am to have had parents who taught me manners and raised me to be courteous and respectful.

It absolutely drives me crazy when I hear someone at a restaurant say "give me" or "bring me".

"Give me the chicken sandwich and bring me another coke."

You're ordering food, not robbing the place and you're talking to a server, not a slave....

Two words that people use incorrectly that might not bother many people, but really irk me are:

1) Physical rather than fiscal , and

2) Using ideal rather than idea.

Man these get me every time I hear them.

So if I ask nicely I don't have to tip them?

OK..here's one:

^ ----That when someone replies to a post on BGP, instead of quoting the post they're replying to. Seriously? 9 times out of 10, a bunch of people have replied in between the original post and that ^ reply. Thus, all of us reading the thread are trying to figure out who the hell the person replying with a ^ is talking to. GGGGRRRR! :taz: I can't tell you how much time I've spent going back through a thread trying to figure out what the heck the ^ person was replying to. And some posters NEVER quote a post to reply...they just do the ^ thing, which I KNOW they're replying to SOMETHING. Just no clue what.
