I thought it was awful! Fergie is hot. Slash was the best and he was washed up 15 years ago or more. Usher can still dance. The light coordination was pretty cool but sound was really bad! There just isn't much musical talent out right now. Lady GaGa is huge + she's just a mix of techno voiceover+GWAR with the bad outfits!

I am as big of a Lady Gaga fan as there is (man card revoked, I know), but she is not worth the risk.

BEP were awful and did a hack job of G-n-R song. Go back to country singers or rock and roll.

I can sing the NA all day, but having to in front of the type of format she had to do, well missing a word or two can't fault that. Its a hard song to sing.

I was disappointed with the performances even the commercials were disappointing with the exception of the Bridgestone beaver & Darth Vader. I did enjoy the game but could have done without the rest of it.

Even those performers would have sounded bad at times last night, the sound system was horrible at times! If you are singing and something goes wrong, it's going to throw you off a bit. Outside of the game itself the SB was a train wreck caused by poor planning and the ego's of the NFL and Jones.

She is a performer. No way she was just nervous. She just screwed up, plain and simple. Not to mention her arrangement was over the top. The National Anthem is one song that should be sung the simple way it was written. It doesn't need any dressing up, JMHO.

I agree with this. I think she tried to do too much with it. With her voice, if she just sings it straight up people would be raving about it. The pace of the song is the biggest thing with the NA. You can't go too fast and you can't go too slow or try to make too much of it.

Holding it in a some what cold area the NFL deserved to have the ice and snow trouble, the game shouldn't be played outside of Florida, New Orleans or the southwest!
