May 11, 201214 yr Mays' AAU coach (or maybe high school coach) said that if the Purdue visit goes well he expects they will get Mays. Purdue has been pretty far out in front all along...
May 13, 201214 yr UK really needs one more guy for depth purposes. Hope they can get 1 more kid in to make another run next year.
May 15, 201214 yr Someone tweeted that it was obvious he was going to Duke by the yellow sweater he was wearing. Good pickup for Coach K.
May 15, 201214 yr On to Harrell, hopefully Cal can connect on that and fill the class out. It will be tough since his old coach at Hargrave is now at Louisville, but that has backfired on Rick in the past. Plenty of playing time ready for him if he wants it at UK, even if he may not be ready for it. He could come in and contribute with energy on the boards and provide an intimidating presence next to Nerlens. I'm sure Cal could find a few ways to use this dunk machine around the rim. He even made Jorts a lob master by the time it was all over with, I could see Harrell maybe getting his offense in similar fashion, ie. crashing boards on the put back and off lob/transition dunks. Harrell went off at a couple of the post season all-star games, even had them talking about it in the main Jordan Brand Classic game. Whoever it was calling the game made the comment, "I want that guy on my team, why isn't he in this game, wow!", or something to that effect.
May 15, 201214 yr Tough break Noel appears to be the savior. I know we can't get them all but we need one more. Thought the title would lure another in.
May 22, 201214 yr Scout quotes Montrell's dad as saying the top 4 are UC, Bama, UL, and Florida. Looks like UK's roster is set.
