Tied 7-7 at half

T score on first drive of 2nd half. X fumbles and T scores again and then T controls game from there. X with several drives deep in T territory and stopped on 4th down

Rocks hold St X after 1st drive. 372 total yards Rocks 183 Tigers.

GO ROCKS!!

Congrats to T. Completely dominated second half. X can't fumble and make stupid careless penalties in crucial situations against a good team like Trinity. Was Mattingly not able to play. He played only briefly at the very end.

Great job ROCKS. Sure hope Ryan Steffey is ok. He was on crutches after the game. Next up RYLE. The weather for next Friday is going to be terrible if forecasts are right. GO ROCKS

With Rock Ryan White's catch tonight he became the 3rd leading pass catcher for X.:D

What is the forecast?

Live by the run, die by the run. Does St.X even work on a passing game? I mean really? They had no answer for Trinity's passing game. They are scary good. Go Rocks!

2-8 (and one of those was tipped by Trinity) in 2010 football is unbelivably poor passing. I hope Glaser stays for 10 more years.

Great Job Rocks. Way to stay focused. Was concerned after that X opening drive..but we got it in gear.

2 to go. Keep your eye on the prize.

Congrats Rocks.

Really looking forward to seeing you guys in person next week when you come to Union to take on the Raiders. I live 5 mins down the road so I'll be there early.

the really scary thing is that I have a friend who spoke to coach B and he was told that Travis Wright will have a hard time keeping his starting positioin next year with Regiie B moving up. He was told that Reggie (frosh) is the current back up. This kid moving up is a freak!

The Tigers played the game they needed to play in 1st half. 7 min drive and TD to open the game (all runs). Intensity was sky high, and they looked good. Second half: After T scored, the fumbled kickoff was a killer (2 Trinity TDs in like 10 seconds). Behind 14 there was no passing game to turn to. I assume Mattingly was hurt/out? I watched the coaches through the binocs at the end of the game... WOW, they dont care for each other, do they? No eye contact and barely touch of the hands. 83-7 over 2 games is a margin that won't likely happen again. Anyway, congrats ROCKS! TAKE STATE.

Trinity will be hurting if Ryan Steffey can't suit up. He is a senior receiver who not only makes clutch catches but is an on field leader.

The better team (by far) won tonight. Daylen Hall may be the most overrated high school player ever. LaMont McMurry played his heart out for X - easily the Tigers' player of the game. Word in the stands was that Steffey took a cheap shot on his knee when T scored their last TD. Not sure who it was. Hard to pick a player of the game for T - you could make an argument for about 6-8 guys.
