SK has one last chance to fit in, but now I'm sure there will be an excuse about the weeks just don't work out. The Ducks had their chance to step up. The Birds could not wait any longer. Nice schedule and the only real "Cake games" are beyond their control. Good work by the Birds.

Probably a two year deal so the Birds will travel there in 2012. The Pit fills up regardless of who the Panthers play. You are right though a great environment and right up there with the best I have ever had the chance to see a football game from.

The Elder game will be a boom for the Ft. Thomas community economy. Especially the bars and Resteraunts. Not only do the Panther faithful travel, they travel with a big time hunger and thirst!

Well, looks like the Birds are scheuling soft again.

 

Highlands will play ELDER week 9 and will also add Mason OH earlier, not real sure of week. Maybe someone else can post it.

Adding Boyle, Elder, Mason should help shore it up.

A little insight into Mason, OH.

 

They are huge in terms of school size and line size. They won 5 games this year based solely on the play of David Fulcher's little boy being the RB. He graduates and Mason will be a very mediocre if not below average team next season. Highlands should win that game handily.

 

Elder will be improved but might not be enough improved to beat the Bluebirds. They were absolutely throttled by some teams this year (Colerain included) but they were very young...or so their fans say.

Man, I sit back and watch all the stuff you sling...I am incredibly far from being a Bird fan, but my goodness, for only a couple of recent years of success "basically, in any sport" where does all of this trash talk come from...even though SK hasn't had consistant success in much of anything...try to be a little humble and "act" like you've been there. My goodness!

 

Highlands' schedule includes the likes of St X and Elder...it seems "highly" unlikely they would dodge a game with "the neers" for goodness sakes...
