Carson Palmer

 Who on here has claimed that getting rid of Palmer would make the Bengals that much better? He's the QB he's going to take the most heat. IF he was what many said that he was (a fringe top 5 QB), he would be able to make up for alot of their deficiencies would he not?

I don't know how much better they would be. But with the "Reverend" handing out communion every Sunday, they have no chance at all.

I'd love to see some quotes? If they said that I never saw it. He obviously is not that, I'm defending him just saying.

Have I not said I admitted I was rong about that? Have I not said that I agree I lost our bet, so who is saying that last statement anymore? Also from Mal's post he basically is saying almost every time that the Bengals would be better without. Right now no matter who was the QB of the Bengals this team would be no better than a 4 win team at best.

How about bottom 5??

They would have won today...

Man did you see that idiot Bill Cowher making excuses for Palmer today too at halftime. I can't believe a Super Bowl Coach who use to coach their rival is now making excuses for Palmer too. I mean he must not watch to football to say some of these things, because its just excuses. As we know some of the things I have said, and now other NFL people are just making excuses, and those things can't be true.

I had admitted a few times now that Palmer has made some BAD BAD BAD decisions this year, like the last two picks today. However I will say this you all really don't know much about football, if you keep acting like everytime its his fault. Its time for you all to admit too, that its not all his fault either. I am man enough to admit that I was wrong, and say that Palmer has made some terrible decisions this year. However to keep acting like its only Palmer and that getting a new QB would fix things because its just him is crazy.

What planet are you on? He's thrown 18 picks this season. This after he pleaded TO's case to come to Cincy. He has weapons, there's no doubt about that. He's terrible, bottom line.

Sounds about right.

See and you would be wrong with this statement. Palmer and the offense have played a big part in half of those losses, and defense and special teams has played a big part in half of the other losses.

Sounds about right.

FC aint gonna like that one:lol:

Palmer lost this game today all by himself. How can you watch this turd and defend him?

In all seriousness he has been terrible and I am done with him but I think he could do well somewhere else in a new situation but his time here is done. Nothing personal he just isn't getting it done and I think he would agree.

FC, I'm sorry man I'm just giving you a hard time. My apologies for offending you. :thumb:

HT, can the above count? I don't want to have to spend time looking that crap up. For one I'm lazy about that kind of stuff, and for two it is making FC mad which I really don't want to do.

Not even close to counting, I don't think anyone said that.

I guess the same planet as your all's former coach in Bill Cowher. Some of his decision making this year has been horrible, and is all on him. However half of them as well has been on receivers too for not running the right routes. I forgot though that all of us on here know as much about NFL football and what all goes into it, as people who do it for al iving.
