Well, he does have more knowledge of what went on than anyone on this board ...

And? If he keeps whining, all it does is simply prove how right BP was in his comments. Haven't seen him comment on it after the loss today, so maybe he has finally moved on. We'll see...

Only if you think Carpenter is whining ... frankly, I've seen more from Reds fans on here than I've seen from the Cardinals.

I really think you can tell a lot from players sometimes from their post-game interviews (not a dig against anyone). Paul Janish seems like a real standup guy. Just gave credit to the grounds crew guys for how good they play defense in the infield.

This is a website for Kentucky, with a lot of NKY residents?

Let's keep this on "Tracking the Reds".

Masset had a good outing tonight. They are going to keep needing that out of him.

Also, I think I heard on the radio that Wood pitched two shutout innings tonight for the Bats and then Maloney took over.

There are several cardinals fans as well. Not even close to the number of Red fans but several.

On a website with a huge chunk of Reds fans? Well that's just shocking...

Again making fun of Carpenter constantly mentioning it is whining how? Please elaborate oh great baseball sage...

Which means he'll probably pitch the Wednesday game at Arizona.

Question. Why do you activate Bailey to take over Cueto's turn when he's coming off the DL and you're not sure what you are going to get? Hasn't Wood thrown better than Bailey in the show? At least he's been more consistent?

I know Wood was probably due to throw today but they were concerned with his innings. Why not rest him a few more days and start him tomorrow?

Yeah, we'd suspend your membership til November if we could, but theguru likes having members from all across the country I'm sure lol.

Homer on the mound tomorrow. It will be very nice to see him log a quality start.

It's a front running town that has a poor grasp on all of the major sports from my long term experiences. Used to be a great sports town that has gone down the drain over the last 20 years...

Is it a coincidence that the Bengals have been a joke for two decades and the Reds haven't made the playoffs since 1995? It's easy to call people front runners but a lot has changed in twenty years. I have a far better view on my HD TV and the beer is a lot cheaper. If they are good for more than this year the attendance will rise every year.

I think it's all about consistency, preparing for your games. Probably why he started tonight and only pitched two innings. Just to keep his brain and body used to the rotation I'd imagine.

Wood can't be brought up for 10 days from the time he was sent down unless it is to take over for someone being put on the DL...
