Track The Reds (Week 5 Cont)

Things you consider whining.

1) Fans discussing the Cardinals continued whining 3 days after the series on a message board.

Things we consider whining.

1) Fabricating an injury to make sure Cueto got the harshest punishment possible

2) Still making comments in the media 4 days after the fight

3) Bring up your son and not mentioning if you told him exactly what you said to the Reds manager to really spark the skirmish that was all but over.

Maybe if Carp spent more time focusing on Ramirez and Lee he wouldn't have been tagged for two bombs and cost his team the division lead...

Don't agree with #1. Larue got some pretty rough hits to the face and ribs.

I know that this has nothing to do with the Reds, but I figured I could get a quick answer here...

Did the kids from Ohio win today in the regional final? I saw they were up 1-0,

He looked pretty roughed up while catching for the guys in the bullpen in the same game.

Based on what? He was fine for the entire game, was jumping up and down on video after the Molina HR, was looking to get back in the fight right after he was so brutally injured by Cueto, was on kiss cam with Carpenter and also warmed up relievers late in the game. Nothing about his actions before Doubleday said he was hurt after the game indicated any injury at all...

To me the only 8 home games is what makes football so popular. You build up all week for that one game. In baseball it is survival of the fittest or rich.

Very true and a great point. I really think football has taken over as America's favorite sport.

After an injury you are usually more sore the following days then you are after it initially happens.

They won 4-0...

It's not even close. Football is way ahead.

The stitches in his lip and the cut beside his eye tells me otherwise. Also you are usually more sore the day after than right after it happens.

Would be hard to do all of the things I mentioned with a slashed up face, concussion and injured ribs. Do you really disagree? It's all on video...

And don't forget those terrible boo boos on his back that McCarver reminded us over and over clearly affected his pitching today ... lol

Not for me but for most of America it has.

If he had signs of a concussion there's no way he would have been allowed to warm up relievers late in the game...

Where was the blood or any hint of an injury that didn't appear the entire night???
