I still say Massett is the closer of the future for the Reds. If he can put the mental together with the physical he can be a closer.

Leake moves to 4-0 and is impressive once again. Big crowd and a lot of hoopla for this game and he just goes out and does his thing. Gotta be leader for ROY right now.

I just got home from the ballgame. My first game of the year, was a great one. I blasted Dusty Friday night, so I'll give him props tonight. He saved the game by replacing Gomes with Heisey defensively to start the 9th.

In a game that important, I am not sure I would have not have run Masset out for another inning. Cordero always gives the other team a chance and he was facing the weak part of the Cards lineup.
