January 26, 201016 yr The Cavs with all of their theatrics and histrionics are on the verge of becoming unlikeable. If I see the "camera pose" one more time....
January 26, 201016 yr I love to watch Lebron ON THE COURT, everything else he and the Cavs do is a little much for me. Have some class and act like you have been there before.
January 26, 201016 yr Yep, along with the time he was dancing against the Bulls is what did it for me.
January 26, 201016 yr He's having fun. There are a lot worse things going on in the league right now than that.
January 26, 201016 yr He's having fun. There are a lot worse things going on in the league right now than that. Agree... Like the 80's Miami Canes teams used to say "If you don't like us dancing, then keep us out of the end zone." Same thing here... Bulls, Lakers, Heat, whoever, if you don't like Lebron and the Cavs dancing then shut them up and beat them. Best record in the league and no one has stopped Lebron. Keep dancing and have fun. No one on here seems to have a problem with Ochocinco dancing, what's the difference?
January 26, 201016 yr I started listening to the Cavs back in the mid seventies on 3WE with Joe Tait(one of my favorite play-by-play guys) calling the Cavs games. Brewer, Chones, Bingo Smith, World B. Free, and those God awful uniforms... good times...Great memories. I hope they win a title this year.

January 26, 201016 yr I admit that Lebron used to be more humble about being so dominate but the dancing and the camera poses doesnt really bother me that much. Its alot better than when Kobe smacks someone in the face on purpose when releasing his shot or talking trash telling players they cant guard him (Battier). Lebron is the best and most entertaining player to watch in the league and if I have to see a few goofy dances a game then so be it. I dont know why Danny Green is always dancing though, hes terrible and doesnt he play.

Watched him and Larry Bird trade long range bombs one night at the Richfield Coliseum. Pretty sure the Cavs lost that night (they did a lot of that back then), but it was fun watching one of "ours" trade baskets with one of the all-time greats. I, too, like Joe Tait, and definitely preferred him over Bruce Drennan!
January 26, 201016 yr You guys are really that upset about it? They are just having fun and it's fun for the Cavs fans. They understand that part of the NBA is entertainment. Go to the Q and then go to other NBA arenas, it's alot...ALOT different. Sure a crybaby like Noah is going to complain, but I've never heard someone like Kobe, Garnett or Duncan say a word about it. It's the regular season in the NBA, guys have to have a little fun.
January 26, 201016 yr To me you just expect a little more from your superstars. LeBron is, if not one of the best in the NBA. On his way to becoming an all time great. I just could never see an all time great flexing, posing, and all out showboating like LBJ does. Jordan, Bird, Kareem, Tiger, Mannning, Unitas, Montana, Rice, Aaron, Clemens, etc. Could you imagine any of these guys or other all time great taking the antics to LBJ's level? I realize it is a "new age" and LeBron is just having fun with it.... which it is not necessarily a bad thing. But for the all time greats, the fun has always been about burying your opponents in to the ground.
January 26, 201016 yr I think you're extremely glossing over some of the showboating a few of those guys did. In particular Jordan and Tiger. Bird, Kareem, Manning, Unitas, Montana, and Aaron, you'll get no argument from me.

There is a big difference between Jordan holding out his tongue and talking smack or Tiger fist pumping to LBJ's choreographed antics. You think you would see Jordan flexing, dancing on the court, or taking pictures with Pippen before a game? It is not even close; what LeBron is doing for an elite superstar is unprecedented, imo.
January 26, 201016 yr Over the past year or so I've come to realize one thing...LeBron is a tool. :thumb: I couldn't agree more. Great basketball player, even greater tool.
