Love this show, I don't think I've ever met anyone who doesn't like it.

I don't see how someone couldn't like, with out a doubt one of the best shows in a long time.

Pawn Stars > American Pickers, although I watch them both.

I agree with you guys it's an awesome show. I tried to get Spikes to give it a try. I don't even know what's so good about it for me, I just know that I like it. :thumb:

I think those 2 guys are con artists that go around ripping people off. Especially when they go to an old farm and talk to the older people who obviously do not have a clue what is going on.

I disagree. Most of that stuff is junk that the people don't even know they had and aren't going to take it anywhere to make anything on it.

Several times I have seen some old men say that they can have stuff for free, but the the Pickers give them money for it anyway. The other day, they found an old sign. The old man told them they could have it. They said they couldn't do that and gave the many forty bucks.

It's a good show too.

I watched a few in the a row yesterday! I love it.

I will watch Pawn Stars allllll dayyyy longggg for no reason lol. Just really like it.

My household are big fans, and plan on stopping in next time in Vegas! Chum and Big Hoss on the obstacle course was  We caught it on while in Destin and DVR reruns and I think we are caught up. Chum, wow he is hilarious. I can do without Rick and his laugh but the man is smart about his business. A fun show to watch, we like the episodes and now my oldest 11 loves to watch it as well.

I will say it again. The TV shows does it no justice as to how small the inside of that place really is. I cannot imagine there being more than 400 sq. ft. of walking area.

Do they clear the place out when they film? It always looks like there's nobody else (or maybe one other person) in the place.

I have never seen the show, but on my recent trip to Vegas, the people behind me on the plane were talking about going to see this place.

They have to. When I was there you had to wait in line for half an hour just to enter the store. And I was in there on a Monday afternoon.

Their business has to be absolutely booming nowadays. Not to mention the huge amounts of money they receive for every episode shown and rerun.

I noticed on one of the quiz segments as they bump to commercial that one of the items they have is a 1990 Reds World Series ring. Wonder whose bauble that is?
