This year? No doubt ,it was the game Friday night, Bell Co. Vs Boyle Co.

If you talking lifetime,and I have been going to HS Football games for 45 years,I would still say,the Bell and Boyle game.What a game and what a ending.:dancingpa

I was told that when Barsotti's kick sailed through the uprights and the crowd exploded, that the crowd's roar was heard over in Bluegrass Estates by people inside their homes. Then they heard the fireworks.

I would have to say the best game Raceland was in all year was the Greenup game. Not the best game for either team, but as a whole it had everything. The blocked kick at the end of the game mad it even sweeter for me, but hey, I'm a Musketeer fan. Great game no matter who you was rooting for.

 

Not for me. This was the worst Raceland game I had been to in years! The game was VERY boring until the last few minutes. Low scoring with nothing really going on. Not to mention it was Raceland's worse played game in probably 4 or 5 years.

I have to agree. A boring game, played by two teams that didn't do much right the entire game, and was decided on a blown call by the referees. Not a good game.

Lexington Catholic / Lone Oak overtime thriller. Best game I have seen in years.

I agree . Up 22 with 9 min. to go and come back and tie it only to lose in O.T. I dont know if you can beat that type of game......The atmosphere was unreal and the emotion after the game was rediculous ......The fans rushing the field,the fireworks and i think it was the first time the Flash of 09 believed that they could play with anybody in the state!!!!!!!!:dancingpa:dancingpa:taz::banana::thumb:

To me, the Trousdale Co, Tn/Mayfield game at the Alliance Bowl.. Mayfield got down 21-0 in the 1st quarter and TC looked unstoppable, then Guhy hit Shelton on a skinny post for a 70 yd td and it was game on. The Cards gave up another score in the 2nd qtr, but, tacked on 2 more to pull within 28-20 at the half. The Cardinal offense exploded in the 2nd half with one big play after another, but, TC wasn't about to go away and kept fighting till the end, with Mayfield finally taking a 48-40 win. Great HS football game pitting 2 traditional powers with state pride on the line.

Henry Co/Western Hills 14-7

Brossart putting up 31 points in the 4th quarter to overtake Dayton and secure a Class 1-A playoff berth, winning the game with 12 seconds left, was pretty dramatic.

I had the pleasure of watching many exciting games this season following the Pulaski County Maroons. 5 of their first 6 games were decided on the games final play! My favorite had to be the big comeback at Rockcastle County as the Maroons scored 21 unanswered points in the games final 5 minutes. It was a 45 yard 4th down bomb from Zach Eastham to Alex Abner with under 10 seconds left to give PC the win 47-41. Absolutely crazy game! The Whitley County vs PC game in round #2 of the playoffs is also right up there. PC traveled 90 yards on just 3 plays with under 2 minutes to go to beat Whitley 40-34. It was truly one crazy season for Pulaski County. They weren't all pretty, but, boy were they exciting!

That's my vote for "Game most likely to give bw70 a heart attack."

 

My favorite game will be the 2A state championship because it brings all of the Falcon players hard work together. Last game of the year and it's the most important one.

Didn't really like the outcome, but it was a very good football game. So many this year!
