Not so good and that is because most go both ways but their best "D" is eating up the clock while they run their "O". Tough to keep those backs from gaining three and four yards a shot!

 

That is how it was last year vs HHS. They would drive and eat up minutes upon minutes off the clock. Then HHS would get the ball run a couple of plays then throw it deep for a TD. I think HHS scoring drives were like 1 to 2 minutes in length.

I would suspect HHS will throw the deep ball. Even if they don't complete the pass the defense will still have to run downfield to cover and with JC having so many players playing both ways it will wear them down.

Is duh a word? My two year old grandson uses that word just like you do! You are right,NEVER, is the wrong choice of words. It should be , we only ate crow one time in the last three years!!!! Good luck to your team(next year)!!

Do you think "Dualing Banjo's" will be played at DCM on Friday. It was a nice twist when Highlands player took the field at Johnson Central last year. Maybe a little opera music for our friends from EKY. I got a chance to see the Ashland- JC game earlier this year. I thought both teams looked pretty good but after seeing the scores of both of these teams against NKY teams I'm not so sure now. Bird's should win if they play up to there potential.

I have the utmost of respect for Highlands, but my opinion is right there in black and white. I do really enjoy messing with the bird faithful but this prediction is my true opinion. My guess is that one of JC's prolific runners, i'm thinking the QB will be met by Mr. Roller on every play this week. Whether he has the ball or not. After about 10 of these blows, JC will have to figure something else out. Maybe throw down the field.:scared:If you don't remember Highlands best Defensive player from 2008 that's because Brandon was standing on the sidelines with a blown knee from the week before. Brandon is one kid that probably would of traded anything in the world to play in that game last year. I looked for him to have a huge and punishing game come Friday.
