As much as I like this years S.K. team, they just play too many players both ways. I think they will keep it close for a while. But in the end, X wins big. I hope I'm wrong.

 

 

I think Carroll and Hiles are the only ones that go both ways full time and Hiles subs out on D every other series.

Occasionally Brown will play FB, Simpson will play safety, and Hansel DL that is the only ones I can remember.

I think they've done a great deal to develop some depth as the season has progressed. I'm sure that Miles and Hansel may be on the field a bit more this Friday. Should be a good first half, the second half will be interesting.

The Tigers are in for a very tough game. SK will score some points and Miles will get his yards especially early. The St.X D seems to get stronger as the game gets into the 2nd half. The St.X special teams have been near perfect. I look for the Tigers to pull away late to get the win. This should be a great high school game and look forward to watching Mr.Football in person. It sure is nice to have 2 QB's playing so well for St.X and so nice to have Brian back on the field. St.X-31 SK- 21

As much as I'd like to see a NKY team knock off one of the big private schools from Louisville it just isn't going to happen this year IMO. X 42-SK 17 hope I'm wrong though. Good luck SK

St. X fans are sure looking past everyone though...In comparison to college football to St. X fans X is like mighty USC year in and year out and the game against SK is like USC vs San Jose St in which USC would dominate...But really this game is like USC vs Stanford in which X has more talent and depth and tradition but Stanford comes into there house and knocks off the almighty USC something like 55-21 idk exactly but it happened on saturday...This friday Sk will do the same thing to ST.X because upsets happen especially when the gap in team talent isn't what its made out to be, YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME!!! Go NEERS

I will have to predict a comfortable win for StX. I can't see how SK has the horses to compete with X.

 

I would be shocked if Simpson gains over 100 yards, unless the game gets out of hand and X has the subs playing.

I didn't point you out individually no need to get defensive, I can tell by your user name your a shammy...And there is no need to pull quotes to defend my post as its fairly obvious that there are many posts where it is made to believe this is a David vs Goliath match up because X is too deep and too fast...My point was college football and high school football arent much different and upsets happen especially when their not that major...SK over X is really not much of an upset in terms of this year, in terms of history and traditon yea it is but that doesn't matter this Friday...O and the potatoes are growing really good over here in my home country of Ireland:thumb:
