Yuengling Beer

Featured Replies

I had my first sip of this excellent Lager beer last night while celebrating Halloween Festivities at some friends house. From what my buddy told me you cannot buy that beer anywhere near NKY and he bought every case a small convenience store had while on a golf trip in WV last weekend. It is brewed by the oldest brewery in the US and I believe somewere in PA.

Just curious if anyone else out there has had this or can buy it where they live.

My son turned me onto Yuengling during my visits to Annapolis, Md. He likes the the Black and Tan version. I preferred the light.

Good stuff for sure!

Just in West Virginia for a job today and picked some up. My first time trying. Definitely a good beer. :thumb:

Got a couple cans in the fridge, and a 12-pack out in the garage on stand-by ...

I know the reason Yuengling doesn't sell in KY is the fact that they only have 3 breweries that can only produce product enough to serve a certain area, and I know they have to draw a line somewhere...but virtually all of the beer drinkers I know are Yuengling fans. Why don't they open another satellite brewery?

I wish they would open up another brewery or two. I think its a great beer and I plan on bringing a case or two back with me when I leave Memphis.

Always wanted to try this beer, I would be indebted to you if you brought some back and shared one with me!

Its brewed from just outside of Pittsburg!!! :puke:

I have tried the beer and it is pretty good, but I felt like I was breaking the law.

This thread is going to make me run out and buy a pack of Yuengling Black & Tans. :irked:

I have a case in the beer fridge right now. :D

Happy to say they picked it up in a gas station about 3 miles from my house. I live on the KY/OH/WV border.

I've heard they are thinking about getting it in KY.

I will see what I can make happen good buddy lol. Like most beers, its best as a draft, but you would still enjoy it.

Sitting here enjoying a nice cold Yuengling right now. :D
Whenever we go to Charelston, SC I substitute it for water for a week. LOVE IT!!!

I went there this year for Spring Break. We bought a case of it when we got in town, and proceeded to buy several more cases throughout the week. Very good beer, IMO.

I would love that.
