Miles Simpson leads the state in Rushing yards with over 1600; Andrew Link is second with just over 1500 and Caleb Watkins is third with just over 1300. McCaden comes in 6th with just over 1200.This is according to Max Preps.

 

Hayden has 1665 rushing yards. Plus 256 in receiving yards.

Simpson's first three games he only played half the game due to a bad leg. The last three game he only played half the game becouse they were up by so many. This Friday he will get over 300 yards in the first half. I agree with the coach pulling him at half. The games in Nov. and Dec mean more than the stats in Sept. and Oct. Take the time, drive to NKY to see him play in person.

 

Hayden has only played in 2 whole games (LexCath & Christ Presbyterian). The other 7 he has only played 1/2 each.

Just going by what was listed on MaxPreps. His stats were not listed. A lot of coaches don't post stats, and some stats that are posted are inaccurate. But that is all anybody has to go by when comparing athletes.

I watched the Dixie game, and he was limping around quite a bit.

The last game I watched was Ryle, and he was 100% in that contest.

As I said in the Mr. Football threads before, either Rees Macshara or Antonio Andrews for Mr. Football! :thumb:

 

But as others stated earlier in this thread, I'd much rather see Macshara and the rest of the Rebels holding that state championship trophy at the end of the season then him holding that Mr. Football award! Go Rebs! :ylsuper:

Miles has been running hog wild since that contest.

I think Miles' first game being totally healthy was the Cooper game.

No offense, but can you imagine how many yards that he or Miles Simpson would have if they played the Fort Campbell or Lex. Christian schedule?

Reese is the best high school football player. He may not be the best prospect and all that, but right now he is the best high school player. He should be Mr. Football.

Then you probably saw him still limping. Honestly I'd say Ryle was the first game that he looked 100% but the Conner and Cooper games he was certainly looking MUCH better than the first 4 games.
