Seeing as how he has better stats than Miles Simpson at this point, it's too bad he can't throw the ball or there wouldn't be an argument.

 

How many games was Reese injured, and how many 6A teams did BC play? I know that Resse has had an excellent year but so has Miles despite injuries and despite sitting out almost 2 full games due to injury or score, ESPECIALLY since he's been healthy. I've watched your guy on video, and I've watched Miles on tape and in person, I hope you get a chance to see him in person as well.

There needs to be a Mr. Football for each class so these kids can get the honor they deserve.

 

Just my opinion, but I disagree. I think having the one best football player in the state is far better then have 6 best football players in the state. Besides that, it lets us have all this fun in discussing it on BGP.

That's a great list! MacShara is the best I've seen. Shane Pack is the best fullback I've seen with 4 more TD's last week. Highlands LBer is the best defensive player I've seen but forgot his name.

 

Roller is the Highlands LB. And I agree, he is one of the best LB I have seen in several years. Guaranteed at least one highlight reel hit in every game. He brings it.

I think McCadden deserves a lot of consideration. He is carrying Bryan Station on offense and leads the state in rushing.

Miles Simpson leads the state in Rushing yards with over 1600; Andrew Link is second with just over 1500 and Caleb Watkins is third with just over 1300. McCaden comes in 6th with just over 1200.This is according to Max Preps.

Simpson's first three games he only played half the game due to a bad leg. The last three game he only played half the game becouse they were up by so many. This Friday he will get over 300 yards in the first half. I agree with the coach pulling him at half. The games in Nov. and Dec mean more than the stats in Sept. and Oct. Take the time, drive to NKY to see him play in person.
