I say Notre Dame's offense will be way too much for Michigan and they will roll to another easy victory against the rebuilding Wolverines.

Notre Dame looked very powerfull on Saturday. Michigan looked decent against a lesser oppenent. The Domers looked liked a team on a mission. I think they have have the pieces in order for a great season.

I think Notre Dame will win, but it won't be easy. The Big House is a tough place to play and Michigan seems to have improved quite a bit themselves.

I think the Irish will be able to score, so the if the defense plays up to their ability, I look for the Irish to get to 2-0.

Michigan will keep it close, but I believe Notre Dame has to much on offense for the Wolverines to handle.

ND, 27-17.

Notre Dame 24-14

There would be no excuse for Notre Dame losing this football game. None. They've got to have this. Michigan still has some time for the cloud to dissipate, but with Notre Dame it has got to be this week or not at all, IMVHO.

Western Michigan threw for 259 yards against Michigan. I think Clausen, Floyd, Tate, and Rudolph all have huge games and the Irish win by 21 in the Big House.

Thats a bit misleading since more than 3/4 of those yards came in the 2nd half against backups. Also, It wasn't like ND was facing a defensive juggernaut in Nevada. Nevada had one of the worst pass defenses in the history of college football last year.

Took the words out of my mouth here. Almost all those yards were against the bottom of the depth chart.

Forcier is named the starter for the game Saturday. Altho Robinson is to be substituted in as well.

Charlie Weiss needs every win he can get this season.

The instable QB situation is one reason I like ND in this one. I have only seen the 2 QB game plan work once and Tim Tebow was one of those 2.

I won't argue with you on that. It's definately a concern to me as well. I think this week will determine who is going to start the rest of the season. I just hope QB2 hasn't made so many mistakes that the game is out of reach by then.

I don't think we can count that as a 2 QB system that year. I mean Tebow didn't play to much. He might go in for a play here or there, but he really didn't have to direct the offense at all. He either ran or did that jump pass. I mean Tebow probably doesn't even have to play a play that season, and Florida still wins it, because Chris Leak was the one who played basically every snap.
