I thought one of those boys had been cut from another grade school team a couple of years ago? Maybe there is something we are missing? Both are very nice kids and very nice ball players. I'm sure they will be getting their fair share of ball this winter anyway.

Was their any conflicts with the school schedule and their AAU schedule and they let the school coaches know that they would put the AAU schedule in front of the school team?

the aau team is not going play any tournements until after school ball is over

When do the Highlands Middle School tryouts end?

What teams are playing in the scrimmages at Lloyd this weekend?

When do the Highlands Middle School tryouts end?

I am pretty sure today..

What is there to discuss? Ockerman runs the table and no one gets close to them. Everyone will be competing for second in the 7th grade division.

Turkeyfoot could challenge Ockerman. Turkeyfoot has 4 fairly strong AAU players and obviously Ockerman has Stanley. If they can find a way to contain Stanley Ockerman can be beat.

With no disrepect to Turkeyfoot, I am not sure that anyone at this age with the possible exception of very few D1 AAU teams has found a way to contain Stanley.

They are having tryouts on Friday..I believe that will be the end.

The 7th grade team was selected last night. The 6th and 8th grade teams will be selected today at the conclusion of practice.

It is my understanding that the 7th grade kept 12 players and may possibly be adding a 13th player. Not sure how many kids are going to be kept on the 6th and 8th grade teams.

Did Beau Hodge make the team? Lot's of discussion if he was playing 7th, 8th or Frosh?

I do not know for sure what is going on with him. Perhaps Q11 can better answer that question since he seems to be a little closer to the situation.

Beau is playing frosh ball but I have no clue whether or not he will be the starting PG or not. The first frosh game is about a month away so still a lot of practice and competition. My guess is he wont suit up for the 7th or 8th grade teams.

Don't know if anyone will see this in time to help me out, but here it goes. Simons Middle School (Fleming Co.) plays in the Erlanger Middle School Classic today. The schedule I have has Fleming 8th playing at Scheben? The other sites listed are Tichenor and Lloyd which I have heard of. Where is Scheben? We play at 3:00 against St. Pius and at 6 against Conner. Any help on the location would be appreciated.

Tichenor and Lloyd are located side by side..
