May 19, 200917 yr Clarification...I think one of the three that I mentioned of Pilgrim, Harrellson and Liggins will return...but two of them are likely out.
May 19, 200917 yr Just on Sportscenter's latest edition. Wall to be a Wildcat. I'd say a lot doubt is gone now. Pretty excited.
May 19, 200917 yr labs, who do you think the 1 is? Hopefully Liggins or Pilgrim. No offense to Harrelson, but I think he would be better off elsewhere. My guess is if one of those 3 stay, AJ Stewart is on his way out.
May 19, 200917 yr Some of those gyms are pretty small. I think John Wall will have even more fun in front of 24,000 people!
May 19, 200917 yr Why? To see what Calipari can do with him in the dribble-drive offense...Cal wanted him at Memphis last year. I doubt anyone will be devastated if he leaves, but he's certainly not at the top of the list of players you'd want to exit to make room for the new recruits. JMO
May 19, 200917 yr “It was a great job he did the last two years with his guards,” Wall told Scout.com. “I think my relationship with Coach Cal pushed them over. The other coaches did a great job but that relationship got them over.” “It’s where John wanted to go,” Word of God coach Levi Beckwith told Scout.com. “John has been in love with Cal. He was supposed to sign with him in November. He likes the things that Cal said, he likes how Cal interacted with the players. He looked at the history of the coaches recruiting him and saw that those were some of the things he wanted to do for him.” LINK
