February 4, 200917 yr Billy G is probably going to start the feeling the heat from UK fans if he isn't already. I'm a little disappointed in our play but I think we will be fine. We are just hitting a rough patch at the moment. All teams hit rough patches at least once in the year and this is ours at the moment. Once we get out of the hole we are in we will be just fine but until that happens we are going to keep stuggling. I think BCG is still the right man for the job though.
February 4, 200917 yr UK is an excellent team, for about 3-4 minutes at a time, usually when they're down, or gaining a lead to give their fans a false sense of confidence....:cry:
February 4, 200917 yr This team is pathetic, and its all BCG's fault.(IMO) You can tell Miller and others are scared to shoot because if they do their coming right out if they miss. Why does he even start Porter and Harris if Miller and Liggins are going to play more and be more productive? Its an absolute joke the way he handles things. Stevenson's defense is horrible and the only way he makes up for a guy blowing right by him is trying to block him, which may happen 2-3 times a game if that, and Patterson is horrible at hedging out on screens, tell me he's not and look what happened when Downey hit the game for USC and MSU hitting long 3's from the top of the key. If the starters arent getting it done you have a bench to go down through to find someone who wants to play because I know theres guys who would die to get in. Meeks and Patterson will both be back next year, if they think these guys who sit down and guard them in college can stop them how would they fair in the NBA?...Ok my rant/frustration is over but things need to happen and soon.

February 4, 200917 yr The best lineup UK has is Stevenson, Patterson, Meeks, Liggins, Miller.I agree and give Miss. State the credit, for making the other 3 try to score. Liggins needs to assume Porter's role now, as he offers more different options on the offensive end. Harris doesn't help score at all. The lack of perimeter shooting was obvious for UK. Teams will play similar defenses like this tonight and make the 'Cats have to adjust. Miller and Liggins, will be the offensive keys for this team to be solid in the SEC and beyond.
