We heard about ECU's injuries all game, but nothing about the fact that Locke/Lyons/Cobb being out meant the following: Top 3 recievers out (5 of 10 receiving TDs out) 2 of top 3 RBs out (10 of 18 rushing TDs for the year) Starting QB out Starting return man out Anyone think that Lindlay/Johnson getting banged up may push them to come back?

January 3, 200917 yr I am suprised. I have been a UK fan for a long time and was not real happy when they got Brooks. It's hard to deny what he has done for the program thus far. He has also been a big game coach as far as bowls go. I really thought UK would lose this one because the offense has been so bad the last couple of games especially. I give Brooks credit. He said going in at halftime he was going to rip tail on special teams and special teams sparked the 2nd half. UK's defense didn't tackle great banged up but as a group this is my favorite they have had in my lifetime. I love the Snedeger's, Woodyard's etc but this team as a unit made this "rebuilding year" special! Thank you guys! Congrats to the CATS on a really great win for the program!
January 3, 200917 yr I'm not sure on Jones but I'll be suprised if Linley comes back. He's the best I've seen UK have so I hope they can keep him but I'm not counting on it.

January 3, 200917 yr I guess my thought is do the injuries drop their stock enough to make them come back. IMO, no. I think Micah will be back. But I think Lindley getting hurt will push him towards the draft if he can get to be a for sure 2nd rounder.
