January 2, 200917 yr Beer has been a big topic in this thread. Has anyone tried the MGD 64 ? 64 calories per bottle I believe. I imagine it will taste terrible but once this competition officially starts, I'm going to try it.
January 2, 200917 yr Is drinking Powerade really much better then drinking a coke? I might just start doing that. I only drink Coke with meals, I drink water the rest of the day. But I might go towards the powerade/water diet.

Powerade/Gatorade are both better than pop because they don't have the carbonation in them but still not good for you because like pop they have a lot of sugar in them and leave your body needing more fluids. Water is the best thing to drink.
January 2, 200917 yr I wouldn't be able to survive without diet soft drinks. I can't just drink water. Growing up, I couldn't drink it at all.

Have you tried adding a low calorie flavor pack to the water ? Several companies sell them but Crystal Lite is the best in my opinion. They ones I use are only 10 calories per bottle.

These are actually little packets that you add to the water yourself. The Crystal Lite ones are delicious. I drink the lemonade flavor ones all the time.

January 2, 200917 yr Author I'll back you up. :thumb: That way, if prople want to continue on, they can. How about a 6 month (ending on July 4) and a 1 year competition? That sounds good BF...I should be able to keep up with it for the initial six months, I really don't think I will be able two for the second half. But, I definitely appreciate the back up.

They definitely aren't as good, but there aren't any calories in them, which is very good. As for the beer. Last time I did this I switched from Bud Light to Miller Lite because there were less calories per beer. I might go for one that has even less than Miller Lite this time around.

I'd rather not drink at than to drink that poor excuse of a beer. :creepy:
