They are great! And this is coming from a very picky eater. I hate the taste of some frozen dinners. But you can't even tell these are low calorie. The portions are a little smaller than you might be used to. I think that's part of the secret to making it work. Just try one--I promise, you'll like them. :thumb:

I have no doubt that I like them. The problem is that I'll have to eat 2 or 3 to be "full". And by full, I mean not hungry.

I think I might start playing racketball again for some cardio. Sure beats the heck out of running on a boring old tread mill. When it warms up I can get out and play some tennis.

Also means that the dog may be going for more walks and may have to start walking some golf courses instead of using the cart.

Not a huge tennis fan, but I love racketball.

Racquetball is actually fun. I'm not too good at it, but I played at NKU a couple times, and it wasn't too shabby. I didn't feel like I got a work out though.

Sounds like you just hit the ball off the walls. If you actually go all out, it's one of the best cardio work outs you can get. Alot of it depends on your level of competition. Oh and if you think it's easy,... bring it.

lol, I could take you any day!

JK, I had fun, didn't mean I was good. You forget I'm almost blind in my right eye, I couldn't see the darn thing!

Once you get used to smaller portions, that won't be a problem. I like to eat too, and one of those does me pretty well. You could always have some fruit or something with it. Or try drinking a big glass of water before you eat. And make sure you eat very sowly. It gives your brain time to catch up with your stomach and turn on the "I'm full" signal.

That's part of what's wrong with the American diet. Everything has become super-sized, and we've lost touch with what a real portion should look like.

What are you talking about BF! I know exactly waht a portion looks like. I takes a regular size dinner plate, loads it up with food untill it is about to spill over, and then go about eating it.:p When they is a whole bunch of food to eat, only one plate of food is a portion!JK.

In all seriousness though, that mentality is why I am overweight.

How long are we doing this?
What time is it? :D

 You sound as motivated as me right now.

I'm not even awake yet.

And I got really depressed when I noticed that one of the shirts I got for Christmas (which fit well the first time) is now kind of tight on me.
