That sounds just like me. I really never eat breakfast, if lunch its small and then dinner I eat tons and snack until i go to bed. That is so bad I know. Are there ways to speed up your metabolism?

Increase your protein intake, reduce your carb intake. Do as much cardio as you can stand, if you don't belong to a gym and don't want to join one then go buy some resistance bands and use them at home. As you add muscle mass you your metabolism will speed up. There is a forum on bodybuilding.com that has a ton of info on workout programs and diets. They have a section for women as well.

So when are we starting this again? Jan 1 or what? Because I need to know for sure how many more days I can eat unhealthy and be as lazy as possible:jump:

You did say the first Sunday right?

Just got finished with the other half dozen dounuts I purchased yesterday.:irked:

Can I join in?

Great thread, better purpose.

Add me to the "loss" list also.

I'm on a quest to eat all the fattening food in my house by next Sunday. :D So far, the mission has been quite pleasant.

Me too lol. And I gave Ff a list of items to get at the store on his way home from work...and there are some snacks. I have a not so healthy menu planned for New Years too lol.

Ok I'm already pumped I just purchased some kick boxing videos and they are on the way! Woo Hoo!

I screwed up my back when I fell between our dock and a truck two weeks ago at work, I hope it doesn't hamper my exercise program I'm planning. :irked:

Pray hard R2S. My elbow and shoulder have been acting up lately. Really annoying, likely that I need to have surgery on both, but I'm not big on having both arms out of commission for a few months.:irked: Good luck though bud.
