I was just giving KTN a hard time.

The Birds are for real. The Defense bended a little last night but didnt break and came up with a huge play. The offense is also clicking. When you have your passing game firing it certainly opens up the running game. Josh Conner looked great coming around the end on that 42 yrd scamper late in the game. If he can hit the corner like that next week, TG gets the protection he got last night, it will be a long night for WC. The only thing that will beat HHS is if WC can shut them down and nobody has been able to do that this year.

I think Highlands should choose Miles Simpson for next year. Seriously, I think Highlands has just too many talented receivers for almost anyone to cover. Add in Tony Guidugli and you have a recipe for winning. The incredible thing is that all of the main receivers are underclassmen. I was glad to see Daniel Gold get into the act. Long story short, I think Highlands will win.

A wish man once said you cant compare scores. But, comparing scores, Woodford 24-17 over Bryan Station and 33-54 lose to JC. Whitley a 47-0 win at Woodford.

Whitley being at home, possible wet, muddy, cold. Whitley will have to not turn it over, controll time of postion and win or play even in special teams.

I completely agree with you...it's best not to try to compare scores.

Didn't Cov Cath beat Woodford?

If Whitley can't defend the pass, they're going to be in for a long night. Highlands killed JC by passing and could have made the score worse than it was had they passed a little more. (Only attempted 10 passes to 27 rushes.)

 

Asking high school kids to defend that kinda aerial display is an enormous task.

Ft. Thomas, Newport, Alexandria, Florence, Silver Grove, and Independence are not all of Northern Kentucky.
