Boone had their wake up call in the last 30 seconds vs. Henry Clay. It takes winning a squeaker to advance. I think you are underestimating the Boone defense.

 

Never underestimated any defense just feel that they are underestimating our offense. I know Boone has a strong defense but i also know how SK has turned things around and just trying to say don't underestimate Sk the way Conner did.

Conner does not play defense anywhere near the level of Boone Co. Conner did not underestimate SK. They could not stop the Freight Train.

Never said they did. But they did underestimate SK. Talk to the players and see for yourself. I only said SK has improved drastically and Boone fans are underestimating them. This will be a close game and very well woth the seven dollars. SK will prevail.

I just don't believe that Conner underestimated SK and I don't know any of the kids at Conner to ask them. They just did not have an answer for Miles. Boone will have an answer even though Miles will obviously do better than the first time around. He might even break 100 yards but you won't see him much over 100 vs. Boone.

I think SK has been playing very well the last half of the season but I think Boone is clearly the class of NKY 6A this year and the program with the most experience in the playoffs. With that said Simpson was one of the best players I have seen play all year and in what I feel will be a very tight low scoring game he may make the difference especially if Boone is banged up a little bit. I will say SK 21-BC 17

This has nothing to do with a #4 seed. Everyone knew this season in 6A northern KY minus Cooper that any team could have won any given Friday night. Boone's wake up call was last week Vs HC they came 2.8 seconds from being home this week! Good luck to the pioneers.

Sk hasn't played any team ranked in the top 10 in 6a, Boone has played Madison Central, lost in the last 21 seconds, and HC twice, we know that story.Boone also started the season off playing Scott County the first game of the season at Scott. Totally different competition. Boone will prevail in this one, maybe a closer game, but Boone has showed what it can do against the upper teams in the state in 6A. I agree. I don't think SK is 35 points better than when they played Boone the last time. I'm thinking BC by two TD's.

Just curious but what are you basing this on? I mean, I could possibly see Lex. La. having overlooked them, but they were not a very good team this year. Surely you don't think Conner overlooked a team that they had to score 2 td's in under 2 minutes to beat the first time do you? The Boone fans aren't underestimating SK, they are giving the reasons they feel Boone will win, and for the most part they are legitimate reasons.

Boone moved the ball on HC defense, which is probably one of the top 5 in the state.

 

How is this statement remotely accurate. Henry Clay has played mediocre to poor competition all year long. Bad offenses make defenses look good...That's just the way it is. I think NKY 6A will not make it past round four due to superior offenses and faster defefenses. Mistakes will be made by the unexperienced playoff team. Boone will prevail by 14 or so...
