The wind has been CRAZY here in Elliott for a couple of hours. Our power hasn't gone off but . . . the satellite and internet have been on and off sporadically.

Power is going in and out here in Lexington, very windy.

I work at a store in the airport and got over there then had to leave because the busses were not transfering people to Concourse C. It was a mess over there. Heard that part of the roof came off and Delta had to stop operations for now.

Here in Southgate the wind blew over my grill and some tree branches are down in my back yard it also knocked out my Cable , telephone and broadband , Didn't miss much by not watching the Bengals game did I ?

Just got power back here in Independence. It was down for well over an hour. So much for that slow cooking pork shoulder in the oven. :irked: The wife got back in about an hour ago, and said trees and power lines are down all over. Stop signs were toppled too, and actually did some damage to a car over by Walmart. The neighbors across the street are losing siding and shingles left and right. I've got a section of siding on my chimney that's coming off.

News just said the airport has been shut down for now. 74mph wind gusts right now.

Power's out in Bellevue for about the last hour.

The bridge that leads from Milton, KY, to Madison, IN, has been closed due to structural integrity issues. This is a major route for people in Trimble Co and Carroll Co. The secondary path is the Markland Dam between Carroll and Gallatin Co. They are not letting traffic through that point either.

Power out in Crittenden and Dry Ridge, major power lines down, huge trees up rooted, it is a mess. Temp is really starting to drop with the cold front. Worst part is the wind stops every now and agian for a few seconds and then boom, huge gust.

Everyone be safe.

Power still out at my house... This sucks.

Went up to shaker run in Lebanon to play golf this morning and the wind wasnt bad at first but it picked up pretty good throughout the round. Tree's were getting blown over and big branches were breaking off. Kinda got dangerous out there by the time we left. It was pretty nuts.

Good course though.

I work at a golf course and a few trees fell including one right next to the pro shop. It fell onto the putting green.
