August 29, 200818 yr I've heard many women on today who say her leadership skills are based on her being a mother of 5. That, too, can be a double-edged sword if that starts being used. If you're a dad like many of us are , ie you don't just plop on the couch when you get home, that's offensive. My wife does an amazing job but she doesnt do it by herself and would be the first to admit that. Mine does.....just ask her.
