Coach Bailey has his work cut out for him at Valley. Past administration has let the schools athletics and facilities go down. Coach Bailey did a good job last year as Valley improved over the season. He just needs to keep building a positive atmosphere and continue with the discipline. A lot of kids did not make it through the season last year. They seemed to get better by subtraction.
