March 31, 200818 yr Aside from Davidson's run & the Xavier/West Virginia game, the rest have been boring. The Final Four should be interesting though.

Yeah that WKY/Drake game was awful boring... And the UConn/USD game nearly put me to sleep. The Belmont/Duke game wasn't any good either... How about 'Nova's 20 point comeback in the first round? Texas A&M having UCLA on the ropes for 38 and a half minutes? Tennessee and Butler? Stanford/Marquette? Xavier's comebacks? I think if we are calling these games boring we are expecting too much...
March 31, 200818 yr I don't see how anyone can say this is the worst ever. I can it doing what you're supposed to be doing. When a team is favored to win, well then they should. Just because the favorite wins doesn't mean that it is a boring tournament. Now-a-days people don't like seeing the best teams win it and, to me, that is sad. Why does it take a lower seed winning a title for other to be satisfied? Why can't we be happy for the teams that are supposed to win actually doing that?

I am all for the elites advancing, just not so easily
April 1, 200818 yr Big thing in this tourny, the majority of the games have been convincing wins and not very exciting. I am all for the elites advancing, just not so easily I understand but really don't know how you can say that... See post 32...

April 1, 200818 yr In comparison to the excitement of both the NCAA and NFL football seasons, this has been a disappointing season so far. No story lines and no real unexpected things have happened. That being said I love college BBall, and have enjoyed this season.
April 1, 200818 yr , Are you kidding me, Drake a 5 seed 26-4 against a very tough WKU 25-6Wisconson a 2 seed not a 1 due to Duke. Butler a 7 seed 29-3. UNC Playing at home!!! but ask Roy it does not matter 18,000 fans at the game last night maybe 2000 UofL fans. Arizona in the field with a 18-14 record 8-10 conf. ASU not in the field after they beat them twice. 21-13 9-9 conf Washington State a 4 seed Just to name a few UNC and KU had a cake walk until the last two games. What makes the whole thing fun as well is the upsets. No not kidding. The point of the tournament, is for the 4 number 1 seeds to advance to the final four. That is what happen. The 1 seeds should be rewarded, hence the 1 seed.
April 1, 200818 yr Does this thread come up if UK advances farther in the tournament? They made the 2nd round the last 2 years and the tournament has been much better... They weren't world beaters then either...
