February 13, 200818 yr It has nothing to do with effort or heart, I get so tired of hearing that. They both are trying hard and want to win the game. They just aren't playing as good bottom line. If you have ever played a team sport or even any sport for any period of time in your life you would know that sometimes the effort just isn't there.
February 13, 200818 yr I think the most concerning thing about this is that Vandy really isn't a great team, and certainly not a top 25 team by any means. Who all is hurt and on the bench for UK tonight? Except they are a Top 25 team.
February 13, 200818 yr I love how we play defense. Don't pick up the cutter and turn our backs on them....Coury with 4 and on the bench
February 13, 200818 yr I must of missed that one...I hope your kidding...just in case you are not ....Laettner (Duke) vs Ky. 1992. Look it up on U-Tube
February 13, 200818 yr Everyone is bad for UK right now, however Coury is horrible and should not be on the court... How does UK have the worse player in D I basketball for two consecutive years? Last year we had Sheray Thomas and this year we have Coury.
February 13, 200818 yr If you have ever played a team sport or even any sport for any period of time in your life you would know that sometimes the effort just isn't there. And there are also clear examples of a difference in talent, such as this game.
February 13, 200818 yr Except they are a Top 25 team. I'm talking about in my opinion. They've blown out a few horrible teams, snuck by a few horrible teams and their best win this season is against an 11-11 Georgia Tech. They really don't deserve a ranking.
February 13, 200818 yr The poll in the prediction thread was 45-18 in favor of UK. :scared: That could be the score at half, but UK might not get to 18. What else would you expect since Kentucky won the first match up and is on a what...4 game winning streak? Not to mention you are on a KENTUCKY based website. If you are surprised by the predictions...wow.:scared:
