October 27, 200718 yr Maybe they took halloween a little too serious and had U.L.'s team dress in U.K. Blue and play MSU instead of them today, that would explain the loss. :sssh::lol::lol::thumb: Go Cards!

October 28, 200718 yr Too many penalties and lack of intensity, in this game. Give Miss. State the credit.
October 28, 200718 yr What injury caused Woodson to throw 3 int’s? What injury caused UK’s defense to let MSU go 4-4 in the red zone? What injury caused UK’s OL give up three sacks while UK’s DL got 0 sacks? What injury caused MSU to fumble 5 times yet UK only recovered 1? (UK fumbled 4 times lost 3)… If you ask me MSU just out hustled and out played UK. To me it was very clear who wanted it more… 2 of Woodson's ints were when the game was out of reach. It didnt help the defense that Micah Johnson, Paul Warford, and Marcus McLinton was out. The fumbles and sacks are inexcusable. The players on the field did not play up to the level that was needed. The injuries decreased the margin of error and Miss St stuck it to us.
October 28, 200718 yr Well this game proves this state still only has one national powerhouse in college football... Bad performance by the Cats...all they can do is try and bounce back.
October 28, 200718 yr ^ I don't think that America is crying  How many people do you think picked MSU? Not Many
October 28, 200718 yr ^ I promise that I am not crying. I would like to have seen UK win...but will never shed a tear when the boys in blue go down.
October 28, 200718 yr The SEC once again proves that it is by far the toughest conference in college football! How does that prove that? It may just mean they are weak
October 28, 200718 yr Author Uk can maybe go 2-1 to finish out...I see 1-2. I thought UK had a good chance against Georgia after I saw the Bulldogs get drilled by Tennessee earlier in the year, but the Cats will struggle against the Georgia team I saw today.
October 28, 200718 yr I watched the game on Yahoo Sports today and I saw a very flat, uninspired, sleepwalking UK team. Hats off to Miss State to controlling the game in the first half when UK had only 3 possessions. They beat UK up front and by keeping Woodson and the UK offense on the sideline then forcing UK to be one dimensional in the 4th quarter by passing to play catch up. No excuses about injuries, If you are going to compete in the SEC year in and year out you have to have that depth which UK doesn't quiet have yet but they are getting there. The bye week is only good by getting back the fire they didn't have in this game.
October 28, 200718 yr I was at the game and I was talking to the people that I went up with before the game and it just didnt seem like anyone had any fire in them. No one played well for UK and all of their hard work till this game just pretty much went down the drain. The good thing for me was that I was able to sit on the 3rd row after halftime due to alot of fans leaving early. We have a week off and need to heal up because we still have more games to play.
