Seinfeld fans could say the same thing back. Seinfeld is one of the most popular sitcoms of all time.

That is why I said to each his own. :D

Mash is also SUPER popular and I hated it. My dad is a HUGE M*A*S*H fan.

I like Seinfeld also but, the question was GREAT sitcoms....I guess I would go all the way back to All in the Family. And the greatest of all time...The Andy Griffith Show!!!

Family Ties...

Friend was probably the last great one, but Seinfeld was pretty darn good and are up there, but the questions what was the last(or most recent) great sitcom.

Someone did mention Coach though and I love that show.

Seinfeld hands down but 2 1/2 Men is absolutely hilarious.

The Simpsons and Scrubs

Seinfeld and Everybody Loves Raymond were the most recent. But imo..............................."Andy Griffith Show", "Honeymooners", "All In The Family", "Cheers" and "M.A.S.H." were some of the greatest of all time. Seinfeld is the only one that "might" fall into that category. There is no other that is on today that compares to these. 2 1/2 Men is probably the best one on today, it is very good but imo is not even comparable to the ones that I mentioned.

Luckily we have cable and stations that still air these classics - they will never get old and are FAR above anything today.

A far as ensemble casts went, it would be hard to top Cheers, Mary Tyler Moore, and MASH. I'm sure there are others (I always thought Frasier was extremely well-written, but that its cast wasn't quite up to the first three on my short list). Going back a little farther, Lucy and Andy make the cut as well.

I use to like "Mad About You".

I will stand by "That '70s Show". I laughed out loud multiple times every season for at least the first 6... Seasons 7 and 8 I can take or leave.

The Office. Thursday nights on NBC. IMO, a great show.

Seinfield

Cheers

Cosby

Now- 2-1/2 men

Seinfeld and Cheers are the best sitcoms of the last 25 years.......I will not argue about this.

Barney Miller barely makes the "last 25 years" so you have 3 now.

This is easily one of the least appreciated sitcoms of all time.
