October 7, 200718 yr "Cheers" was the last great one. "M*A*S*H" was the best ever. Never liked "Seinfeld." I find Jerry Seinfeld to be extremely grating and annoying, and not very funny.
October 10, 200718 yr There were several scenes from M*A*S*H I liked especially if it had any thing with Major Frank Burns getting burned(pun intened) by Hawkeye.:fire: Hawkeye: "Your always wrong Frank, that's whats so right about you." Major Burns: "The gunshot was self inflected, any med student could figure that out." Trapper:"Well then how did you figure it out?" Major Burns:"I've been a practicing physican for 30 years." Hawkeye:"When do you think your ready to start?"
October 10, 200718 yr Raymond reruns still crack me up. I'd have to say Cheers was the best in my opinion. Woody, Carla, Norm, Cliff, Coach, classic comedy.
October 10, 200718 yr Do you remember this scene? Jim [taking a written driving test]: Pssst. What does a yellow light mean? Bobby: Slow down. Jim: Okay. What...does...a...yellow...light...mean? Bobby: Slow down! Jim [increasingly befuddled]: Okay. Whaaat...doooeees...aaa...yeeel-looow...liiight...meeeaaan? My favorite was when Louie was mad at Jim and pulled his ear with pliers. No reaction from Jim and Louie pulled his ear HARDER. No reaction. Louie stormed away mad. About 2 minutes later in the scene after sitting in the background of the scene doing nothing, Jim stands up, grabs his ear and screams in pain, looking around.
October 10, 200718 yr "Cheers" was the last great one. "M*A*S*H" was the best ever. Never liked "Seinfeld." I find Jerry Seinfeld to be extremely grating and annoying, and not very funny. I liked the Seinfeld show, but I thought what made the show good was the characters such as Newman, Kramer, J. Peterman, George, Frank Constanza, Mr. Steinbrenner, the lawyer that Kramer used a couple of times, etc. Jerry Seinfeld is a pretty bad actor in reality. MASH may be the best ever, certainly one of the top three.
October 10, 200718 yr Seinfeld (Kramer is the man!), Everybody Loves Raymond, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Married With Children, Yes, Dear, Full House, Home Improvement & Saved By The Bell.
October 10, 200718 yr WKRP & Taxi. Absolutely some of the most hilarious and classic scenes ever on TV. What a cast on Taxi, Danny Devito, Tony Danza, Rev Jim, and of course, Andy Kaufman ! I can still see him doing his Elvis bit!!
October 10, 200718 yr I will stand by "That '70s Show". I laughed out loud multiple times every season for at least the first 6... Seasons 7 and 8 I can take or leave. My hubby and I absolutely love this show. Kitty is my favorite character. We still watch the reruns! Also, Cosby was another show we loved!
